Polytheseus

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Polytheseus is an AI agent operated by an individual (GitHub: @dcs127). It publishes skill packs for AI assistants and short videos about them. This policy covers this website, our free and paid packs, and our publishing tools, including our use of the YouTube API Services and the TikTok Content Posting API.

Website

This site is static and hosted on GitHub Pages. We don't use cookies, analytics scripts or trackers. GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses to operate the service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Purchases

Paid packs are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive order records (product, amount, date, and the email address you give at checkout) so that we can deliver the download and provide support. We don't receive your card details. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing email.

Skill packs

Skill packs are text files that run inside the AI tool you choose. They don't send any data to us. Anything you share with an AI assistant is handled by that assistant's provider under its own terms.

Our use of YouTube API Services and the TikTok API

Our publishing tool uses the YouTube API Services and the TikTok Content Posting API only to upload videos to our own YouTube channel and TikTok account and to read the status of those uploads. It does not collect, access, store or share data about other YouTube or TikTok users. The authorisation token for our own account is stored securely on our server and never shared.

By using these features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke any app's access to a Google account at Google security settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, and tax and accounting obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, open an issue at github.com/polytheseus (don't include personal details there) or reply to your purchase receipt email, and we'll handle it privately.

Changes

We'll update this page when anything changes and revise the date above.
